  Hiroshi Nakashima

Career: 2010 Graduated from Murakami Chiropractic School (Japan Chiropractic school).

Certificate: Japanese chiropractor(not Canada license), Shiatsu therapist, Seitai therapist, Cupping massage therapy(Air), Kinesiology taping mastery, Relaxation therapist, de therapeutiste de médecine préventive preventive medicine therapist, RTA reflexologist.

SEITAI treatment: SEITAI is a specific type of treatment.
A treatment method that proposes the ideal balance of the human body and the correct range of motion of muscles and joints. In some cases, the treatment is characterized by eliminating pain without touching the affected area, which is the main complaint.
The cause of all types of stiffness, tightness and pain is a restriction in the range of motion of the joints and improper use of muscles.
Even when performing a single movement, it is not just a single joint or muscle that moves, but multiple parts that are always working together. If this linkage does not work properly, the burden will be placed on other parts, and this will have an impact.
By confirming and adjusting the cause of pain and stiffness, it is possible to move in a balanced manner, relieve the body from being overwhelmed, and expect a fundamental improvement effect.
It is a technique that is believed to have the potential to improve various problems by returning the body’s balance to its original correct position and ensuring the correct range of motion of muscles and joints.

SHIATSU is a treatment to stimulate pressure points (called “Tsubo”) located all over the body by using fingers & palms. The essence of Shiatsu is “diagnosis and therapy” By using the sensory receptors which are in our hands, Shiatsu therapists can feel muscle stiffness and analyze the body’s condition.

REFLEXOLOGY combines English and Japanese styles. The feet are known as the “second Heart”. By stimulating pressure points in the feet, we can improve function and promote healing in internal organs, glands, and muscles in the entire body.

By combining these, I can create a synergistic effect and respond to the needs of all customers as support for the three major pains in the neck, shoulders, and lower back as well as other symptoms. And I will work to help you make a smile in your daily life.
